How We Started

Grady Rentals was founded by Brad Grady in 2008 as a one-person operation in Texas, equipped with a single truck, trailer, a couple of light towers, and generators. Brad’s mission was clear from the start: to reliably support oilfield activity in the Barnett Shale region through dedicated, personalized service. Built on a foundation of determination and strong work ethic, Grady Rentals quickly earned a reputation for excellence, responsiveness, and quality customer care.

From these humble beginnings, Brad’s vision grew steadily, driven by a commitment to meet the evolving needs of customers and a steadfast dedication to safety and service. This initial venture laid the groundwork for what Grady Rentals would eventually become—a trusted and preferred partner in the oil and gas industry.

Who We Are Today

Today, Grady Rentals has grown significantly, proudly operating three distinct divisions across multiple states—including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. With more than 240 dedicated employees and contractors, we serve a premier customer base consisting of many prominent Exploration & Production (E&P) companies within our operational footprint.

Our expansive portfolio now includes Coiled Tubing, Flowback Equipment, Surface Rentals, and Containment Solutions. We consistently deliver exceptional quality, safety, and innovation by leveraging advanced technologies, rigorous safety protocols, and detailed operational oversight. As we grow, our focus remains unwavering—providing our customers with reliable equipment, operational excellence, and a commitment to long-term partnerships.
